Terms of Service
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Seasely. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The service
Seasely is a business-to-business outbound sales platform operated by Seasely ("we", "us"). It finds businesses that match the targeting you configure, qualifies them, verifies business e-mail addresses, writes personalised e-mails, sends them from mailboxes you connect, handles replies and reports results. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Seasely for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it to these terms.
Seasely is currently offered as an early-access product. Features may change, and we may limit the number of accounts we accept.
Your account
You need an account to use Seasely. Keep your credentials confidential, use a strong password, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens under your account and under the accounts of the people you invite to your workspace. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Subscriptions, billing and limits
Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe in advance for each billing period. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of outreach-ready leads; a lead counts once, when Seasely has verified and personalised it and it is ready to be contacted. When the allowance is used up, Seasely stops preparing new leads until the next period or an upgrade; follow-ups to prospects already contacted continue.
Upgrades take effect once the payment is confirmed and keep what you already used; downgrades take effect from the next billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. You can cancel at any time; the service stays available until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Sending volume is additionally limited by the health and warm-up state of your mailboxes and by your e-mail provider's own limits, whatever your plan.
Acceptable use
You may use Seasely only for lawful business-to-business outreach that complies with the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no spam, no deception, no harassment, no unlawful use of personal data, no attempts to bypass sending limits, and full respect for unsubscribe and do-not-contact states.
Your responsibility for campaigns
You decide whom Seasely contacts and what it says: you configure the targeting, review and confirm the e-mail sequence and connect the mailboxes. You are the sender of every e-mail Seasely sends on your behalf and you are responsible for its content and for having a lawful basis to contact each recipient under the laws that apply to you and to them (for example rules on commercial electronic messages, data protection and consumer protection). Seasely provides tooling and safeguards; it does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a campaign complies with the law of any particular country.
Third-party providers
Seasely relies on third-party services (hosting, e-mail delivery, payments, Google and Microsoft mailbox APIs, business data sources, AI models). Their availability and terms are outside our control; connecting a mailbox is also subject to the provider's own terms. The current list is on the Subprocessors page.
Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep Seasely available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, pause sending for safety (for example when a mailbox shows deliverability problems) or change features. During an early-access phase outages and changes are more likely than in a mature product.
Intellectual property
Seasely, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you provide: your business description, your sequences, your prospects and your conversations. You grant us the right to process it as needed to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide that content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts the service, our providers or recipients at risk, or that has unpaid fees. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can stop using Seasely at any time and ask us to delete your account. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of business data, deliverability of e-mail or the results of any campaign. Forecasts and scores in Seasely are estimates based on your own data, not promises.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Seasely is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change the service and these terms. For material changes to the terms we will give notice in the application or by e-mail before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes are brought before the competent courts of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
